Nokia announced its largest devices yet. The new Lumia 1520 and lower version Lumia 1320 both featuring a massive 6-inch
display, making it the largest Windows Phone ever release. Both the smartphones were unveiled at the ongoing Nokia World 2013 event. Lumia 1520 will be available end of this year and Lumia1320 will arrive early next year.
Lumia 1520 has massive 6-inch 1080p ClearBack full HD display and is powered by a Snapdragon 800 processor clocked at 2.2GHz and paired with 2GB of RAM. It also features a 3,400mAh and 32GB internal memory that is expandable up to 64GB using a microSD card slot and Nokia is also offering 7GB of free Skydrive space. On the photography front featuring a 20-megapixel PureView camera with optical image stabilization (OIS) and Nokia Camera app. The phablet also ensures top-quality video recording with OIS technology and four built-in microphones. Like the other Lumias, this too will be available in yellow, white, black and glossy red color variants. Lumia 1520 is priced at $749 (Rs 46,500 approximately) and will be available in Hong Kong, Singapore, US, China, UK, France, Germany, Finland and other European markets, with other markets to follow.
The less expensive Lumia 1320, on the other hand too has similar 6-inch display but with 720p resolution. It is powered by a dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor clocked at 1.7GHz and paired with 1GB of RAM. Other features included are a 5-megapixel camera, 3,400mAh battery and 8GB of internal storage which too is expandable up to 64GB using a microSD card and 7GB of free cloud storage. This phablet too comes bundled with apps like Nokia Camera. The phablet will be available in orange, yellow, white and black color variants. Lumia 1320, on the other hand, will arrive next year with a price tag of $339 (Rs 21,000 approximately) in markets like China and Vietnam, followed by India and other European countries.
