The Sony Xperia M is powered by 1GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 Plus MSM8227 processor with 1GB of RAM. Sony Xperia M comes with a scratch resistant 4 inch TFT display with 854*480 pixels resolution and 245ppi pixels density. It runs on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean with Sony's Timescape UI on top.There is 4GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 32GB with the help of microSD card.
