Samsung had launched its Galaxy Win smartphone in China and now the company has announced the global edition of this smartphone. Galaxy Win runs on Android Jelly Bean 4.1 and is equipped with a 1.2GHz quad-core processor. On the memory front, it comes with a 1GB of RAM, and 8GB of internal storage which can be expanded up to 32GB using a microSD card. The Galaxy Win is slightly smaller than Samsung’s Galaxy Grand and features a 4.7-inch WVGA TFT LCD display. It features a 5-megapixel rear camera with features including Continuous Shot, Best Photo, and multiple color, and a VGA front camera. The phone can record HD videos at 720p at 15fps and offers HD video playback support at 30fps. Other features in the device include support for 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, A-GPS, and microUSB port.

Samsung has introduced two different versions of the phone featuring single-SIM and dual-SIM support and will be launching these versions as per demands and trends in the countries. There is no information on the price of the phone and on the availability in India.
